Almost all Designs by Kim pieces are one of a kind.  Multiple quantities are not usually available, however a collection of pieces can be created.  If you are interested in purchasing multiples of the same item for a special occasion, wedding or event please contact kmorneau@designs-by-kim.com to inquire.

Return Policy and Quality Guarantee

We aim to please.  If you are not satisfied with your piece and would like to exchange it for a merchandise credit you may do so within 14 days of receipt.  Please contact us for a return authorization.  Returned items must have been purchased directly from Designs by Kim (see below for returns from items purchased at other retailers) and be returned in the original packaging, with tags still attached, in unused condition.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  Please ensure that your return is insured and returned with a tracking number so that it can be traced.  We cannot issue credits for merchandise that has be lost in the mail or damaged in the return process.  If your return is accepted, your original credit card will be credited within 21 days, less shipping charges for new items and a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  All custom orders are final sales and cannot be returned. 

If you piece has been damaged in the shipping process please contact us immediately upon receipt.  No returns for repair will be accepted without preauthorization.  Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 14 days of receipt.
